From Kupwara, our people keep the operations of American freight moving — coordinated, documented, and answered for, through the night. Iqbal Global Group is built on one conviction: that the valley can raise institutions which serve the world, and that an institution, well kept, can serve for generations.
Our story
Iqbal Global Group was founded in 2026 at Kupwara, Jammu & Kashmir, on a plain conviction: that the young talent of the valley, properly trained and honestly led, can run world-class operations for the world's largest freight market.
The Group works through two companies in concert: Iqbal Outsourcing India Private Limited, the operating company at Kupwara where the work is done, and Iqbal Outsourcing LLC of Wyoming, United States, which faces the American market we serve.
The Group is led by its founding Managing Director, Mohd Iqbal Bajard.
We are not a venture chasing a season. We are an institution planning in decades — built to outlast its founders, and bound by its own rule to keep changing, adapting, and improving without end.

The work runs on America's clock — an evening-to-night shift from Kupwara, serving the American market in its own hours. Training is provided from the first day; earning is commission-based, with every milestone recognised and celebrated. We ask for character, discipline, and the hunger to learn.
